Download a finished route as a ZIP with procedure, reagents, hazards, and references.
Download a self-contained ZIP of any finished route. Includes procedure text, reagent sheet, hazard summary, citations, and the raw SMILES needed to walk a route to the bench. Use it for handoffs to bench chemists, contract synthesis quotes, or attaching alongside a patent disclosure.
Where to download
From any finished retrosynthesis result, open the Export menu in the route toolbar and pick Route lab bundle (.zip).
What's inside
The ZIP contains:
procedure.md: human-readable per-step procedure with reagents, solvents, conditions, and reaction type.reagents.csv: flat reagents list with vendor, catalog ID, vendor URL, and vendor count when commercial sources can be found for the molecule (PubChem lookup, 30-second timeout).hazards.md: flagged solvents, reagents, and any hazard warnings that fired during scoring.references.md: patent citations and prior-art entries linked to the route's reactions.route.smiles.txt: one SMILES per molecule in the route.route.smirks.txt:reactants>>productreaction-SMILES, one per step, for downstream scripting.README.txt: index of what's in the bundle and how it was generated.
