Viewing reference entries

Every reaction step in a route may have associated patent references from the training data. These reference entries include the original experimental procedure — reagent quantities, solvents, temperatures, workup conditions — from the source patent.

Open a reference entry

1. Hover over a molecule node in the route tree.
2. Click View Reference Entries in the hover card.
3. The reference viewer opens with the patent number, reaction name, yield, solvents, agents, and the full experimental procedure text.

Share a reference page

Reference pages are standalone URLs. Copy the URL from the viewer and send it to a collaborator — they can open it directly (if they're logged in) without needing to re-run the retrosynthesis.
