Every molecule in the route tree — target, intermediates, and starting materials — is automatically checked against PubChem for commercial vendor availability.

Vendor badge

A package icon with a count appears on molecules found in vendor databases. The count is the number of distinct vendors with a commercial listing for that compound. Vendor-rich intermediates (50+ vendors) are strong candidates for direct purchase rather than synthesis.

• Direct links to supplier pages
• Catalog IDs for each vendor

Copy catalog IDs

Click Copy IDs in the hover card to copy all catalog numbers for that compound to your clipboard — useful for procurement requests and purchase orders.
